Sofitel Singapore City Centre designated as a Stay-Home Notice Dedicated Facility (SDF) 

Supporting the Singapore Government in the fight against COVID-19, Sofitel Singapore City Centre has been designated as a Stay Home Notice Dedicated Facility (SDF) for individuals serving their Quarantine Orders. Activated based on the nation’s current needs, for safety and security reasons, the hotel is currently unavailable for room bookings until further notice.  

Despite this adjustment, welcoming, protecting and caring for our guests and ambassadors continue to remain at the very heart of our identity. As your safety and well-being are our utmost priority, rest assured that we have comprehensive hygiene and prevention measures in place to ensure your peace of mind. Here’s a detailed breakdown of what to expect at our hotel regarding changes to amenities, services, and facilities during this period. 

ALTERNATIVE ENTRANCE TO PUBLIC SPACES 

As the hotel main entrance will be closed, for access to Racines, 1864 Lobby Bar and our function spaces, please proceed to the glass elevators accessed via Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, Wallich Residence drop-off point situated along Wallich Street and Guoco Tower Carpark B Level 2 Lift Lobby. This alternative hotel entrance is completely segregated from the guest rooms and have been inspected by the local authorities. 

DINING  

Racines and 1864 Lobby Bar remain open for dine-in, in accordance with the Government’s latest safe management measures. These outlets as well as other public areas will not be patronised by in-house SHN guests. 

FACILITIES 

Our swimming pool and gym will not be operational during this period. 

WEDDINGS, MEETING AND EVENTS 

Our function spaces continue to remain available for weddings, meetings and events. Capacity of our function venues are subject to the latest government regulations. For room reservations, alternative arrangements will be made.
