Inspired by the adage “diamonds are forever” in celebration of the Sofitel brand’s diamond jubilee, this afternoon tea set pays homage to classic French flavors and includes specialties available at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile, the first Sofitel hotel established in 1964. Relish Gateau Opera, Chocolate Merveilleux, Truffle Duck Rilettes Croquettes, Poached Seafood with Caviar and Mini Brioche, and more.
